Our rustic sourdough is naturally leavened with a wild Alaskan sourdough starter and slowly fermented to develop exceptional flavor and texture. Each loaf is handcrafted in small batches using only four simple ingredients: organic flour, water, salt, and time.
With its golden crust and soft, chewy interior, this versatile loaf is perfect for sandwiches, toast, soups, charcuterie boards, or simply enjoyed warm with butter.
No two loaves are exactly alike. Variations in shape, scoring, and crust color are a natural part of the artisan baking process and what makes handcrafted sourdough unique.
Made fresh to order and baked with care right here in the Copper River Valley.
