Our sourdough tortillas are naturally leavened with a wild Alaskan sourdough starter and slowly fermented to develop exceptional flavor and texture. Each batch are handcrafted in small batches using only six simple ingredients: organic flour, water, sourdough, tallow, salt, and time.
What you get: Twelve 10-inch fresh tortillas made on the day you pick up your order.
Soft & chewy, these tortillas are perfect for burritos, quesadillas, or simply enjoyed warm with butter.
No two are exactly alike. Variations are a natural part of the homemade baking process and what makes handcrafted sourdough unique.
Made fresh to order and baked with care right here in the Copper River Valley.
